That is what is happening in the photo. Content Box rezzer put on ground. 'touched' or right-clicked open...then an item (small orange icon) dragged onto ground. but instead of showing up...the Black Lock shows up inistead. So what ccould be going on? UPDATE: I think I figured it out. I was able to copy to inventory the items from this box, then from inventory dragged them out. It seems to have worked. Hopefull it will work with iter locked items. thank you all for your time. CL

Need a bit of help. When I purchase an Item, Say an 'Winter Ice Rink Collection', I can drag boxed items onto land. When I open for the contents I try to drag out items onto my land (I am Region Owner) but instead of rezzing on the ground I get a small Black Circle with a Lock displayed. I am unable to use what I purchased. Does anyone have the solution to this issue. Over the past serval days I have purchased many items, most work according to the norm, but some appear not to. I appreciate everyone's time spent figuring it out. C.L. 1/30/2022
