It's a good start. The shape is nice but just like when bom came out they allowed residents to try it out and work their magic. The feature can be worked with and styled to the way a person wants it. I would make a ticket to custumer service I don't think thier is any waiting list but the new region might be full but thier should be some more soon. As prem Plus you can request a ticket for a house when more are planted they will help you.

Look into the history of charter accounts; they also payed one time fee for life in the early years of sl. SL is doing good but to keep things going in to new things they might need right people and software so they get things moving or they just want to do like they did back then that is rare.
