Hi, I'm brand new here! While I wait for some account issues to be sorted out regarding my premium purchase, i thought i'd try to chat here and make friends for a bit. My name's Rosa, i'm genderqueer and use it/its pronouns and I'm 22. I like disney, fantasy, medieval and victorian style RPs. I have 2 dogs, 2 guinea pigs and a bearded dragon, and I also want a betta fish someday.

It's been approx. half an hour since it went through and updated on the website: I had thought it would update ingame at the same time, is there a delay? Edit: tried logging in to this website on a second device, got a wrong username/password error. I think it really is broken!

Hi there, I just changed my username from "imbicilite Resident" to "loyalrose Enchantment" and now it won't let me log in under either name. I just get the followng error: "Sorry we couldn't log you in! please check to make sure you're using the right username and password." The usernames i've tried to log in with are imbicilite loyalrose loyalrose Enchantment and I've even changed my password to try again and still can't log in. I did everything I was supposed to including closing out of the viewer while changing my name. I checked my account and my email and I was indeed billed. Help please! I just spent 50$ and now I can't even play!
