i Actually have sold all of mine not that of what i paid for but minuse a 1/3rd of what i paid for im happy to get a little back i wont complain of it at all. people will buy it if they want it.

Ok you people are obviously one track minded not to see i listed a few gambling technics that the whole usa uses and im sure other countries use. Gotchas are a 1 set price item, most of which if you play an x amount of times your guranteed a rare. Of course many people also dont realise that gotchas for the quality they are are below what marketplace value would be. While you can easily resale the duplicate gachas to get almost all your money back there is no gambling involved because of the resale of the item, NOW if it was no trade items then we can say it is a gamble but these items are indeed tradable making them a marketable item. Were not paying high prices for great quality items nore are we chancing much into it, As stated again it can only be gambling if your not able to market from it Hence no trade.

You obviously Dont, a gumball machine your hoping for that one color of gum damn didn't get slips another quater damn didn't get, nope i dont have enough tickets for that prize damn i must use more quaters to chance getting that one prize, oh i want that temp tattoo several dollars later. Same concept you obviously Just DO NOT GET IT. I prefer Gocha items because they are well above the artistic skill level of most creators cant reach those of the gacha land. 1000LL for a poorly designed picture or 100LL for a well detail picture from a gocha get the point. Its not gambling its smart buying.

I guess the legal system should think about removing gumball machines, arcade game places and any quarter machines since these are all by chance basis and considered "Gambling" in there book. But wait their not going to so LL does not have to remove gatcha machines since the legale system can't remove arcade, or quarter machines.

If Prize Boxes are considered gambling to LL then i guess we should get free linden since buying linden is a gamble and chance game.

PEOPLE GAMBLING INCLUDES LOSING MONEY YOUR NOT LOSING MONEY FROM GATCHAS THEY ARE PRIZE MACHINE WHERE YOU WIN EVERY TIME AND CAN RESALE THE ITEMS YOU HAVE DUPLICATES OF. Was this clear enough for folks to understand or do i need to go down a few grades.

You have to lose in order for it to be a bet or gamble, your winning a prize no matter what the charge is, Its a set price.

Guess these folks need to understand what gambling is because gambling does'nt include always winning. Its only gamling if there are chances to lose your bet. These are prizes boxes with random prizes.

Gotchas are no where deemed as betting or gambling, You win a prizes everytime you play, gambling involves a chance to lose, with gotchas it is not. I find it sad that LL is turning into snowflakes and trying to disneyfy the game. Im sorry but gotcha are the best content that has came into secondlife since i dont every see LL giving anything away, just countingn the $$$ they ar egetting to bad that will drop dramatically once gotchas are out of the picture.
