No, you don't. But you should plan on abandoning before the ticket is fulfilled, so that could be an hour or a day.

We've always been able to get a nice parcel through abandons, that has not changed with Premium Plus. People leave places all the time.

You're overthinking this. Do you trust other SLers not to be tattles? Judging by the forum, they will tell on you in a minute. So I 10000% believe this is NOT happening now or ever.

You wouldn't lose the 2048 house, because I would imagine that now if you try to downgrade, it would ask if you to tier up instead.

It would probably prompt you to abandon first, like you can’t downgrade now because you have a house.

To be honest, I'm shocked they're offering 2048! I thought 1024 was ALL we will ever get, and I've learned to live with that.

Bellisseria is not a loss for Linden Lab. They're not doing this out of the kindness of their hearts. Maybe in 2019 when the homes launched, they hired a bunch of contractors (moles) and brought up regions to support the continent. It's spendy to hire all those contractors year after year to design these regions, but eventually, they will profit and cut back on the contractors once Bellisseria is completed. The reason they may be feeling an operating cost loss at the moment is because many regions are EMPTY. They need to drive more new residents to this world. With a concurrent login of around ~200K residents, that's a great number, but what fraction of those residents are premium AND own a linden home?

Linden Homes are such a focal point at SL19B, premium plus discussions etc. Is there no theme reveal this year?

It's $600 stipend. And the introductory rate of $249 is just that.. next year it will be $299. $600 stipend = $31,200 per year = $124.42 $249 - $124.42 = $124.58 the first year $299 - $124.42 = $174.58 all the years after.

The ability to pick a Linden Home is intriguing, but I would just rather bid for it auction-style. I don't like submitting a ticket and then waiting to see if I won or not.

Seems Fantasy is removed entirely from the land page, because all these abandons from April are still Linden Home. Perhaps they're preparing to re-arrange the way you select Bellissera homes, and broke a few things on purpose. I was never a fan of the drop-down, because all of the other continents are outdated. They're probably preparing to retire the old homes for good, and accidentally nuked a few new themes, LOL!
