    i bought the slink male body 2 years ago when starting out on sl. recently bought Gianni, it's been good for my more muscular avatars but it's too buff for me to switch all my dudes over to it bc of that. i do like the more slender look of slink, however i know the body is kinda dated making it hard to dress at times. would legacy work better as a upgrade to slink appearance-wise? legacy seems pretty supported designer wise from what i've seen.

    @Persephone Emeraldi should look into letluka since ive been meaning too but always forget. i do have other well-known bodies and heads like genus, slink, and maitreya. ive just been trying to save this body from being unused since i spent lidens on it back when i was newer to sl. but its been a struggle to reach a point i'm fine with how it looks. maybe i should finally just accept defeat on avatar 2.0 and mars.

    i could give venus a attempt for a dude and use either my slink or gianni body. currently i use venus for my miku avatar with maitreya. i considered getting the bom relay for utilizator's stuff, i couldn't understand the instructions when i first tried. maybe i should test the relay again?

    originally i used two gray skins made for mars and one for avatar 2.0 but they never matched bc they were deigned by 2 different ppl, neither came with a neck applier. so i recently switched to the mars default skin for avatar 2.0 that came with the head and leopard miw's m4 uska applier for mars. i tinted them both bc i wanted a gray skintone. im happier with this result ngl it blends better but it's still not perfect. it was hard to find clothes that fit the new version of avatar 2.0. clbue is really the only person making stuff that does work for the new body, most of its for female avatars though.

    so i've been struggling with these for awhile trying to find skins and clothes i like. mars barely has anything but eye mods available on marketplace. i cant find much good male skin appliers for avatar 2.0. krankhaus is the main clothes designer for avatar 2.0 but its for the older version of the body. ive look probably through everything for both on marketplace. i'm hoping there's places inworld i can go to look around.

    ngl i think gianni can work for some avatars i plan on making more muscular. and when ive tried legacy demos in the past i didnt like it much bc the hud too. im wishing geralt was still available since i probably would've liked it but oh well i guess.

    this has been driving me up the wall when wearing bom tops on my maitreya body because the nipples are so defined. i cant find anything on the hud that's a pg mode to make them subtle or smoothed off, i only see other shapes for the nipples. i never had this problem with lucybody probably bc its a simplier body with less features. I just want to make sure i'm not missing something on the maitreya hud.

    i got the demo for gianni and damn i understand why some ppl call slink the "skinny boy" body. i still like slink's male body but gianni would probably be better for any avatars i intend to be more muscular than lean. tbh i hate how gianni's pecks look compared to slink. i like the new signature davis's pecks and just how the muscles look better. but davis is really new, so its iffy. i need to pick up a demo for legacy. i just know when i was trying to figure out legacy with one of my friend's friend awhile i found it a little convoluted. hopefully its changed since then

    i probably should get jake, or legacy male as sometimes i struggle even with finding stuff that fits my slink male one. i'm always hesitant getting new bodies as don't want to end up wasting money again like i did with utilazor. i use avatar 2.0 with the mars head for one of my avatars out of spite so i dont feel like i completely wasted my money XD

    currently i own the oh deer avatar by durpbut, but its heavily under supported clothes and skin wise. I think ill pass on UTILIZATOR's kemono and furry heads. i already own avatar 2.0, normie head, mars/venus heads by UTILIZATOR and i'm not really happy with those. i avoid bodies that really on solely on appliers, i prefer bom ready bodies, i find it simpler. maybe i just don't understand omega systems that well, who knows XD. (also i tend to reuse heads/bodies for different avatars that all look completely different and omegas/appliers make it more complicated). Though i feel for furries i'll be more ok with using appliers if needed, oh deer uses them. what i'm leaning towards is feline or dog like heads/skins. i have the slink male, and Maitreya body already (plus several cheap mesh bodies that are bom and work with the popular body sizes) not sure if those can work in conjunction with furry heads.

    yeah i sometimes regret buying avatar 2.0 and m4 venus & mars heads. personally i feel limited in clothes, skins, etc alot trying to recreate my ocs in sl using these.i could switch my utilizator bodies and heads to bom with the relay, but im reluctant as ive spent a lot of money already on applier skins already. i made miku using the m4 venus but ended up using my maitreya body since i had a bom skin that had a m4 applier. but sadly getting my dude that uses the avatar 2.0 body and m4 mars head has been more of a challenge. theres also the mekot head which i like too, it has cat girl vibes. mekot head is bom too so theres that

    i have lucybody selene so i could try maitreya clothes demos. or get a demo of the other mentioned bodys and see. but even just clothes wise i see a lot of slink and maitreya. i already have the male slink for very masculine men. tbh one of my accounts may just end up with maitreya and vtech while the other is the lucy body. im on this account more, so i may just get the cheaper lucy body on the other.

    Made the mistake of replying on this with my other avatar, saijito, while i was on mobile. but yes i will try out lucybody natasha with vtech and maitreya clothes and see how that works.
