I am such a noob lmao but where do i find neck blenders to turn them off?

Okay so i have the babyface genus head an the perky legacy body with the toku megs skin for genus and legacy and in the neck area there's a light line instead of the skin matching. Any ideas on how to fix?? picture underneath so you know what I'm talking about. https://prnt.sc/13tbbj4
