Already sold my lindens and can't process credit to PayPal

It's been more than one week that I sent my id information to tilia, and it is still being reviewed, what can I do ? When I click on the tilia process thing it only says it's being reviewed without saying anything if they need something else...

guys, im premium and my limit for selling is zero, why this happens and how many time it takes so i can sell some lindens ? still waiting for tilia to process my information, its been almost a week now...
