    Perfectly constructed authentic Japanese buildings amidst sakura blossoms in the Twink Hot Spot sim. A great place to take pictures! It's like being in little Japan! Unless you're confused by the marble statues of guys making love to each other.

    Sim is LGBT+, but very straights and furries friendly!

    You might even want to rent a beach house nearby. Or an entire island where you will be the legal owner.

    Try this area: Fenfarg protected road from Egon's Estate

    520/w - 527prims - 1536sqm
    - (a) adult rated
    - protected road
    - Nice house with the most needed furnishings.

    It's not a town, of course, but there's a big road and a few buildings nearby. This has a nice effect on reducing lags.
