    I believe they had a grid for teens called teen grid and it not worked out they shut it down. Perhaps SL not correct platform for younger audience because hard to control. User created content might suitable or not suitable for young audience.

    EA tried same method compared their loot box with kid's surprise eggs it didn't worked out at court.

    I think its our difference.. many people perceive those as loot box because despite differences of platform / currency / payment methods logic behind scheme same.. Using human vulnerability for money gain. I spend some time thinking how duck hunt in carnival different than SL gacha.. here is result: Difference you don't actually play a game in carnival win anything you are doing it for fun.. I never shot a gun in my life except carnival duck hunt also I had fun while trying punch box.. I know I cannot win (it requires male strength to make sufficient score) but result? I had fun. Its not same thing with paying L$50 for a box.. aka gacha difference is one provides entertainment other one takes money gives something random. For SL it is still in gray area but eventually they have to address it like "skill gaming".

    Not sure how they are going to handle it but.. from a student perspective (shares same IP with many other students) you will probably not want to give your card information under current policy. They need at least update their information regarding alternate avatars clarify if it is 5 avatar for every IP or email.

    If its true they really need update their TOS because its not very friendly statement especially in a shared university internet environment where all players uses same IP. We will charge you $10 after 5 avatar most likely cause confusion and possibly account cancellation. Some people take TOS seriously even if company does not. They read agreement and might disagree with agreement chose to not play.

    You want what exactly? They already build roads on mainland you can drive your scooter all the way. They are constantly working on collapsing marketplace and providing help for different problems. They are able to keep it up while global pandemic going on not every company capable for such task while working from home.

If you have knowledge about basic grammar and sufficient vocabulary making practice with random people while making friends best way to improve it (This is my current method of learning, I still have long way to go )

    You cant grab a new IP from command line. You need to reset your modem assuming you have dynamic IP.. but it wont change anything: Your IP when you login in SL registered and if all of your avatars logins from same IP they will show up in a simple database query. Your only method might be different proxy for each avatar which far more complicated and causes security risk.

(Including your own avatar + BOT) You have to rent multiple servers with different IP or you have to pay US$10 for each avatar. Its far more expensive any existing traffic game (some of them overpriced but not all of them) unless you are ignoring those rules...

    I am not sure why.. but having mod mesh helps a lot while manually adjusting color.. HUD usually include textures but rarely include color adjustment HUD. While buying clothing I prioritize MOD products.. so I can adjust color for mix match other clothing parts. If its no MOD and no color HUD then it should provide large amount of textures.. 3 variant of white (pure white / gray / silky white), 3 variant of black (pure black / charcoal / silky black) etc..

    504 means sever getting overwhelmed by long requests and timing out.. work around? There is not much we can do as user. Only one suggestion: use market when its less busy while people not shopping.. late night EU / USA. I guess LL has to split market place multiple servers.. Current number of servers unable to handle all requests. Or update it with more smooth coding to increase overall performance & fix timeout problem.

    I am only using market place for purchases. I will visit in world store if some relevant demo exist (example building demo.) I can use marketplace while talking with friends or working on something. Faster and more practical than visiting in world store.

    Those ads very expensive and from my experience only new players click them while trying figure out how search actually works. Perhaps LL can do a rework on them make it relevant. Just a suggestion

    I believe you are mentioning games you play in carnivals? Shot duck to earn plush toy.. or hit punch box to max for reward etc. I believe its fair comparison.. only difference you don't have to play particular game to get this toy you can get those toys with regular price from toy shop. Rewards mostly common plush toys. I think SL gacha can be fair if they add direct purchase for increased L$ price for single unit in their main shop if we use carnival logic.

    It is I fall victim to it.. not in SL gacha but in another game I was obsessed with item and spend more than 1k USD in 1 night for angel wings. It was exciting and stressful also withdrawal sadness was greatly depressing (not sure how to put it in English.) I have been warned by my BF chance of getting this item low than %0.2 because loot box contains so many unwanted items and he (happily) forced me to stop. This is why I strongly oppose lootbox idea.. I am as adult vulnerable to it I can't even imagine children.

    They will probably fix it same way they fix skill gaming.. Mark gacha zones as "gacha / lootbox zone" for affected countries. Example if skill gaming forbidden in your country you will probably never able to enter skill gaming zone. Same example can be applied for gacha if its forbidden in your country you cannot enter or use it.
