Thanks for trying help me i figure alone what was the problem,it was because a service stoped worked no idea why anyways the services you need to run is this https://prnt.sc/wkd6xr to check services you need windows button + r and type msconfig,if you guys read again problem like mine tell him this sollution. i started game 5 days aggo i didn't changed any setting or buy anything to change my camera view,i use windows 10,i have unistall the game and reinstall it. and still have that problem by having that problem i can't teleport only what locations i saved,i need asap sollution any dev or something ,i need DEV support.

I have the same problem,can someone help ?
