Not totally sure where to put this but may as well try here! :) My friend and I been putting together a national park/forest themed sim and would really like to make some friends and have people live on the island to have a little community grow. It's totally free, and you are basically unrestricted as to what you want to create/build. We have some little cottages placed already but you would have all rights to build as u wish. There is already a community area built and water for boats or swimmin around. The only restrictions I politely request are 1. For the facade of houses, please *kind* of stick with the theme e.g a big skyscraper for example wouldn't really fit in. But inside is free reign ofc, it's your house. 2. Please be kind to each other, we want a community of chill, friendly people. After all, this is free, lag free land. 3. Once i subdivide a parcel for u, just stay within it, basically dont build on other peoples land.
