@diamond Marchant Hi, yes, I have rezzed it out, and the "box" has no shoes. In the box in edit mode/ contents, are the unpacker script, a notecard and landmark. Every time I have redelivered it to see if it has been fixed, I have added it, it gives the folder, and just notecard and landmark. When adding it have failed, I have rezzed it out but that always gives the same when I click to open it. the only difference is the script in edit mode check contents. The shoes have never been included.
Edit: additional info..... The box is listed as no modify no transfer, so it IS copy as should be shoes if they were ever included (which they were not because they are not listed in contents). I would gladly attach a gyazo screenshot but that is probably against the rules for calling someone out in attempt to harm their business or something.

@Chic Aeon thanks for replying. The csr has been contacted 5 or 6 times now and always says the same thing. "Don't worry, I will forward your note and to the owner......." still been 2 days shy of a month now. This was not at an event purchase, it was at the store, in their weekend sales area. I know I will never buy clothing or shoes from them again, which is too bad because their stuff is pretty nice. @Rowan Amore yes, I have tried rezzing the box out, the shoes are simply not there at all, that was tried after adding it to myself and trying that way.

I have done just this, I am awaiting an answer. Bad part? the "csr" is the store owners partner lol. Thank you for replying.

Hi, I am uncertain what forum to post this in, can someone please help? I bought an item on a sale in world, and the box only had a notecard and landmark in it, Not the shoes I paid for. I have sent multiple notecards to their "csr" and been told that she will forward the notecards to the owner. It has been 2 days shy of a full month now, and the store still has sales every weekend, so someone is obviously keeping the sales going every weekend, and said person SHOULD be able to make good on the issue considering they have ability to post store sales. Can someone please post me a link, or tell me who to contact at LL about this issue? The store has been online since 2019, they should NOT be ignoring their customers, and should be able to take care of them. Any help would be appreciated. Before anyone asks, I have been back to the store multiple times to attempt redelivery hoping the issue was fixed, but it always delivers the same box without shoes.

Thank you for the reply. I had not thought about it as a hud, that does make some sense. I was simply thinking of it as the wearable chair situation. Thank you again, I will try searching for the hud version.

Hello, I am sorry if this is in the wrong forum, but I searched and could not find my specific situation to ask about elsewhere. This DOES involve scripting, so I thought I would ask here since I saw a few older posts about pose scripting. I am looking into a possible wearable pose stand. Reason being is this, I do love to take photos, and found that many places simply do not allow rezz, (in fact, one photo scene place with over 700 backdrops does not allow rezz, and does not have their own pose stands available to use) so I would like a wearable pose stand that does not require rezzing. I can not find one on the MP. Usually on my property, I will rezz out a backdrop, hop on my pose stand, and edit the pose stand to move my avvie into the scenery. I do own several wearable chairs, and they have multiple poses in them, so I do know it should be possible to do what I am asking about. I am not a scripter, thinking about that gives me a headache, so could someone please point me in the correct direction to where I need to end up? Thank you for thought and any input. If a mod thinks this question is better suited to a different forum, I would completely understand if they choose to move it.

It's doable, but you'd probably need to know how to create skins or tattoos first. And have a dev kit - not sure if it's the one available at the store or the one you need to apply for.
I understand, I sent the note card to a couple skin applier places, and got nowhere, then I got the idea of a skin tight latex bodysuit that could be transparency adjusted. Sent that idea to several creators, again got nowhere lol. That's when I stopped trying. I already had the legacy body, and it had the transparency slider for the body. Trying it with alphas simply makes the body gone, but does not give a way to make it semi transparent. Shrugs, oh well. I do know how to make the skins and try it the way it's listed, but making the skin templates semi transparent simply showed the solid white body right back through. I couldn't get it, but maybe someone else will have better luck. I'm not dissing Maitreya, or anything you have said, please don't take it as though I am. I simply couldn't do it and creators couldn't help me.

There are other skelly parts and other fun mods available that don't rely on fiddling with body transparencies beyond wearing basic alphas. If someone realllllly really wants that functionality, though, then Legacy's a decent choice. Both bodies are well-represented in the fantasy/horror/mod-heavy markets.
I tried the Maitreya, and absolutely could not get the body transparent. I contacted the creator of the skellie, and a few other creators with ideas, and they could not help as well. I gave up on that idea.

Hey, it's not in the main hud. You also have an advanced materials editor hud. In this optional hud, you can add your own skin textures. To make transparent, add a transparent texture, then move the slider to adjust body transparency. Ghoul made the skeleton and with it were all the instructions on a note card. Hope this helps.

I found this thread because I was wondering if Maitreya would be coming out with any updates. It hasn't been dead for an overly long period, so I hope I don't make people mad by bumping it.
My take on what I wouldn't mind seeing as an update done with Maitreya..... I started with Maitreya. I do love it, however I love Legacy classic as my daily driver these days. In my use of it, I feel Legacy does have a slightly better alpha map in it's hud, and it does some really neat things I will explain next.
One of the main neat things I personally love about Legacy, is the fact that the body, or parts of it, can be made various opacities. This can be extremely exciting for photography. One creator made a skeleton for example, that when used inside the Legacy body, and the body made slightly transparent, makes killer picture material. I cannot confirm, but I believe the Reborn body does do similar from what I have heard, but I do not like that body. Maitreya does not have this capability at all. As for Kupra, Belleza or slink? Those are a no go for me.
I do like the shoulder placement on Legacy as well. It seems to make necklaces fit much better at times than my Maitreya body does. I recently put an evox head with my Mai body, and it brought new life back to Maitreya for me. I won't put my Legacy body away, but it did make a pleasing looking avvie. Someone earlier on here was talking about neck seams? There ARE skin creators that make the neck seams 99% invisible. The Velour Ipanema series of skins are pretty affordable, and from the ones that I have bought? Absolutely no neck seams are seen. So, no need for neck fades, or blends are needed. One major skin maker offers neck blenders to match all her skins to hide seams, BUT you cannot wear most upper body tattoos as the blender chops out anything that comes up above collarbones. It makes it impossible for upper body up onto chin tattoos for evox heads for same reasons. The Ipanema skins make that issue a thing of the past.
I do not mind shoulder placement on Maitreya, I simply never noticed it. I can however say this from side view, belly up to breasts on Maitreya looks flat as a board. No real rib cage shape or curve unless you want her to have a belly. Legacy does have a more graceful curve that matches the spinal curve. so, to the op, those are my main wishes if an update to Maitreya comes out. The body is near perfection, but could use a little spiffing up.
I will keep my Mai and Legacy, I have no need or want to search for anything else, however I have noticed myself, there are more creators only including Legacy, Kupra, and Reborn for clothing sizes. This caused me to start researching if Mai was going to do any updates, or was dwindling out. That is when I found this thread.
I apologize if anyone gets mad, or butthurt about me bumping this thread, but really felt I needed to add my experiences

ok, I do understand how to share via a link, but what web hosting site can a photo be uploaded to then a url be linked to in a post here? that was my issue. Gyazo urls would not accept in the add image function, photobucket won't allow me to copy the picture url anymore. I was able to add the url in text into a post, but it was simply the url link to the outside sourced picture, no picture showed in the post, just the link.

Hi, I am having issues seeing some items when I click to edit them. A giant colored ball appears that makes it hard if not impossible to see through. Most objects do not do this, but some do. Is there a setting somewhere I need to check or uncheck to fix this issue? It can be very frustrating when moving furniture if I can not see it.

can someone please tell me how you add a picture to a post? I know you get a box asking for a url, but what url's will these forums accept? I can not get gyazo to be accepted, and have tried searching for the phrase "how to add a photo to forum post" and keep coming up with a lot of posts with pictures but none on how to do it. I guess my question is, what online photo repositories will I need to sign up to to add a photo to link to a post here?

Thank you, I appreciate the effort, but it is not a case of taking brow shape sliders to zero for hair length. they are all currently at zero and the hair texture is already transparent. The only way I have found to hide this is by using the head as mesh and using the whole head alpha. That is why this is driving me nuts lol. I am wanting the bom capability. It looks like I did fix it using most of that idea though. I changed the setting to blank for texture, then went back and clicked transparent and its gone now. thank you for the help, much appreciated.

Hi, I have a genus babyface w001 head. I have taken it bom, and no matter what I do, I have a crack showing on the back of my head. I have tried eyes only alpha, that did not help. Tried whole head alpha, still there. Yes, I know hair will cover it, but it really bothers me that I can not seem to fix this. I am wearing Glam skin for bom, have tried Lure, and still have the crack with little hairs poking through. I know the head IS in bom mode because an upper body tattoo I have went up on the neck up to the chin just fine and it is a bom tattoo. Honestly the only way I have found so far to get it gone is to leave my head standard mesh and use a gacha skin applier. Have cleared hairbase layer, have cleared all layers, it still remains there. Can someone please give me an idea on how to rid myself of this annoyance? @Shiloh Lyric I see no link for a discord page in their store, and interestingly enough, when I joined their group to see when the owner was last online, the members list is not available...................... GRRRRRRRRRRR This is simply infuriating. Thank you for replying though
