Yeah I'm sure creators make the pants like that in order to avoid clipping issues with shoes. Usually when I see seamless shoe x pants leg combinations, it's because they're both from the same designer so they were specifically made to fit each other. That can be hard enough to find for women's pants/shoes though, so I can only imagine how scare it might be for men's. The only thing I can really think of to do is use black socks so that the skin-colored gap isn't so obvious. Especially with black shoes and/or pants, they might even look more connected from a distance and no one would know unless they zoomed in on your ankles.

Seems like an odd place to put a negative review/opinion of a sim, but I think as long as its clearly an opinion you should be fine. I would just make sure nothing could be claimed or reported as defamatory or slander/libel, so try and steer clear of accusations and focus on your own thoughts and feelings. I feel like it will ultimately come down to the language and phrasing you use when expressing your negative review, so it's always safe to frame it in a way that explains how everything made you personally feel. "I hate this place, the owners made me feel really uncomfortable, I cannot recommend it." ^^^^^ I feel like this would probably be fine and not get you in trouble. "I hate this place, the owners are horrible people, they're creepy and I'm almost certain they're serial killers. They tried to stalk me irl and eat my first born child." ^^^^^ Probably AR-worthy. 🤣

Madelaine has the right of it! Emoting typically means typing / basically roleplaying with the patrons and interacting with people. Lovense is a brand of sex toy that allows the toy's owner to grant control of it to other people on the internet. A lot of 18+ lewd streamers use them to allow viewers to activate the toy through donations and redeems, I'm not sure exactly how it's used in SL but I'm guessing it's controlled by tips? So it basically encourages patrons to tip/donate in order to activate your toy while interacting through either voice or text. I mostly know about it from VR Chat and streaming, so I'm assuming its used similarly here in SL but I'm not 100% sure.

Have you tried calling them over the phone to speak with a live person? They'd likely be able to give you more insight into your situation than any of us could.

This is what I usually do. I do agree it would be more convenient for the "thank you" page to at least display the receipt list of what you just bought, but the link to order history is there so idk, it doesn't seem like that much of a hassle to me personally.

It's a very different experience after playing something like VR Chat where you can walk into a club to find a rat in a maid dress twerking with Marge Simpson and Goku. 🤣 I feel like a lot of people just get too caught up in virtual appearance on SL sometimes. Nothing wrong with wanting a more realistic human avatar but I've seen how toxic some can act towards anyone who wants to look different and maybe it's a generational thing but I just don't understand it. 🤷‍♀️

I definitely wouldn't mind being friends! I like exploring cool sims too, and making story videos sound really fun! I do think it seems easier to socialize and find a friend group when you have an avatar that fits in with the majority, which is a shame since SL lets us be anything we want! I don't see why everyone should need to look exactly the same in order to fit in.

That has nothing to do with what I'm saying. We're all telling you to ignore/mute them and you're not. You're feeding into it and taking them seriously, which is the exact opposite of what you should be doing. This is why they keep harassing you, because they know you're taking everything they say literally and seriously. Just stop. Don't even read their messages. Block, mute, ban, ignore. That's all we can really do to try and help you. There's not much more anyone else can do.

I'm sorry to hear you're being continuously harassed like that. I'm sure it's extremely stressful, and no one deserves to have to deal with all that nonsense when they're just trying to enjoy themselves. The biggest thing you can do, like Rowan said previously, is to refrain from giving them any kind of reaction. You and your bf both should 1) absolutely not engage with them, message or reply to their messages, and 2) block/mute/ban them every time, no matter how many alts keep coming. It's tedious and tiresome I know, but they'll keep up the harassment as long as they know they can get one of you to crack. If you both keep up a solid front and just keep banning, blocking, etc etc every time but otherwise act like they don't exist, then eventually they'll find something better to do. Unfortunately even if LL was able to IP ban them, they could just use VPNs to keep making alts, so it's frustrating I know. I've been there, not in SL but on other sites. People are crazy and the best thing you can do is step back, breathe, agree that both of you won't engage with them, and maybe try to find some humor in the situation. Maybe a way to laugh about it, it could help ease the stress by turning it into something less serious. Best of luck though! :C They sound like a cruddy bunch of people who are way too unhappy in their own lives and want to bring others down to their level of misery.
