    The tier for 30k private regions is $259. $229 is for 20k private regions.

    If you try to buy land from the auction, is the L$ taken out at the time of the bid? And if so, if you lose are those L$ returned to you?

    Also, is the bid a 1x payment for like the first month and then the monthly tier comes out according to the size that you bought?
