  1. Would have been making for dinkies for years if the weights were available.
  2. It has been sold. Special circumstance arose and I went with it.
  3. Thinking about it, I could accept 26,000 and transfer it without grandfather status, but this would be of no real benefit to the buyer. The tier difference is $14 per month lower with the grandfathering, and if you are looking at holding this and the other sim for a length of time, can quickly absorb the expense.
  4. I have a grandfathered Homestead for sales. Tier day is the 25th. I can't accept less than 39,000 (transfer fee). As a reminder, to get a homestead, you must already own another sim. Contact secondlife:///app/agentself/a32cbc9c-482b-48f1-bd8a-5677c32cac62/inspect in game with offers, please.
  5. Got a few parcels up for grabs. 2048, quiet and friendly neighbors, nice level area, adult. Second Life Maps | Lastenham 2560, nice level area, adult. Second Life Maps | Lastenham 1024, moderate, water parcel (not water front, it is the water). Second Life Maps | Malitz 2560 but oddly shaped (32x80), very uneven, and it is close to the water without touching. Second Life Maps | Mooloruem And now I can't tell if the links worked. If not, I'll post them when I can take a look in-game. Make me an offer. I'll break Lastenham 224,208 into smaller units if you want. I wouldn't mind keeping one. It's a beautiful area with wonderful neighbors!
  6. I am willing to subdivide it if needed. It is a quiet area with nice neighbors. http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Lastenham/194/194/78 L$7 per M = L$14,336 or make me an offer to consider.
