Hello. There are many rooms available for rent at Kowloon. They all fit the aesthetic of the sim and are empty at least the ones I have seen, and available for decoration. Because of this if you cannot read Japanese the sim owner recommends you contact the land's agent who will help non-Japanese people getting homes. I hope this helps.
