    "Land Use Fees"

    I'd like to understand how I am continually billed for SL Land Use Fees.

    At first it was a 7 dollar a month charge.  I had not gone into my account to check that off....but I went in to see.  Yes, it was selected.

    I made sure the selection was set to 0 dollar land use fee.  I reset and just let the charge go.

    This month, I was charged  a 4 dollar land use fee.

    Again, I went into my account, that was selected.  I know I went in the previous month and had set it to zero.  Reset, left, thought the issue had stopped.

    Does anyone else keep experiencing this?  

    Other than checking daily to see if it changes, how can I stop this from recurring?

    Does anyone know if there is a list of certified non profits who operate in SL?

    I am volunteering with Yosemite Sim and mainly we are trying to figure out who we might be able to donate prizes to for legitimate fundraisers.

    Or, would you know which Linden I could contact to get help figuring it out?

    It is adjacent to my lot and I don't like seeing it.  Most of the builds I can't see, I like wide open spaces and I love my house there.

    To each her/his own.  

    If I had several hundred dollars for waterfront on Blake, I'd be there.

    I only asked for help derendering the left behind lamp, didn't really seek an assessment of my bad taste.  lol
