I've tried the chat window powered by AI on Amazon, Federal Express, Target, etc --many times- NEVER NEVER got what I needed. Some then serve up overseas call centers who spout canned phrases and lots of "sorry sorry." That part is true. It is truly sorry. Either the customer matters or they don't. Everyone has one new Linden Home , at least before this program would start. (Meaning there is steady inventory -like the old versions have been). "Escrow " gives a way to get a new option without losing the old. I think Escrow would help retain single acct premiums, they could pay 100L(or whatever) and see what's available , fall in love all over again with no downside.

Here's my idea - you've got a LH nice location but you'd like to get one on the coast/in the hills/different style . You pay say 100L and you get to try 5 locations in 24 hours---withOUT having to give up your current home. You don't want any of the 5-- your original home is there- you've just spent 100L. If you get a dream location you click ACCEPT and you have 24 hours to clear and abandon the original parcel. After 24 hours the server will empty it for you. The Linden Homes are so great many of us like/love ours but the grass is always greener....... This escrow option would generate revenue at no risk to the current homeowner with itchy feet like today. Any interest? Getting partnered is 10L so hopefully the programming costs would bring the cost closer to 100L versus 40 ish USD for a new last name.

I don't see how a Linden home can be "tacky" in the same breathe people are flipping out because they don't have one. They are all Mole made. If Linden wanted to limit the number of homes per RL person they could try by using credit cards , since most people don't have more than 2-4. But why? Why limit Linden income? They are building more homes. Either put in the time to snag a home or look elsewhere. It is a level playing field.
