    Hi, I do a lot of Flickr surfing looking for great locations to do my photoshoots in, if the poster is kind enough to mention the location of where their photo was taken. However, whenever I try and TP to some of those map locations I get a message saying "location not found, or that I don't have permission to TP to that location". Why is that? It is a "group member only" location? If so how does one know what group to even join? Thanks.

    Been in SL for 14 years and here is the difference between the classic me way back when and the new BOM me. Quite a difference. Gotta love the new technology :-).

    Hi, I do quite a bit of photography work in SL and I'm curious. Is there a way to completely stop or freeze the bento finger movement of the hand? It gets tiresome having to refresh the camera capture all the time just waiting for the correct hand/finger pose. Thanks !!

    I'm using the latest Firestorm viewer and previously I could click on a SL map location URL from another web page (Flickr for example), and it would open up a new web page in SL maps with the location. I could then click on "Visit this location" and it would create a teleport window in my Firestorm viewer so I could easily go to the location. Now for some reason that link is broken. I have to manually copy and paste the URL from the SL map window into my Firestorm viewer address bar. Can anyone suggest how to get that link working again? Thank you.

    Ok Everybody, I finally figured it out on my own. I needed to be wearing the yacht club title (tag) when I rez the boat. Once I did that it now stays when i TP somewhere else. Thanks for those of you who tried to help.

    No, It's not necessary for me to add it to the land group because it worked properly once before for 3-4 days. But thnx for asking :-).

    Hi, I recently purchased a Bandit 60 and rented a slip for a month. I rezzed the boat in a different area close by and sailed the boat over to my slip. Everything was fine for a few days. I could TP back and forth to my boat and it would still be there in the slip when I arrived. Then one day I went sailing and SL crashed on me. The boat returned to my inventory just fine, however when I now rezz the boat again and park it in my slip it immediately disappears when I "stand up" to leave the boat. Any idea on why this may be happening? Thank You.

    Hi, I've always wondered, what is the difference between the prim count and the land impact? I have a sofa that is 21 prims but 14 land impact. What is it that creates that difference? Thanks.

    Hi, I've been running the latest Firestorm viewer for the past few months without any problems at all. Today I was automatically logged out of SL for some unknown reason. When I went to log back in, Firestorm now opens up a separate DOS box window and starts creating a huge log file of everything it's doing. This has never happened before the forced logout. If I try and close the DOS window it completely exits and closes down the Firestorm viewer. Any idea why Firestorm is creating this huge log file all of a sudden?     I'm using the latest version of Firestorm and am trying to see if there is a way for me to see all my store purchases by date purchased? I go shopping early in the morning and then log off for 6-8 hours. When I log in again after that long delay there is nothing showing up in my "Recent" tab and I cannot remember the names of all the stuff I bought to even try and do a search in my inventory. Is there a way for me to see what I bought earlier?

    Hi, I'm curious what setting the players are using to make them appear "Offline" when you click on their profiles? When I'm out dancing at a club and I go to check out someone's profile it shows that they are Offline, but they clearly are not because they are dancing right in front of me..lol. Do they just appear "Offline" to strangers but appear online to their friends? What setting are they clicking to make that Offline status appear? Thanks 🙂

    I've been running Firestorm for a few months and experiencing some lag. I watched several YouTube videos on how to change some of the settings to fix this, along with some other tips and tweaks to make firestorm run better. Well, I'm very happy with some of the changes and want to revert back to all of the original default settings. Is there an easy way to do this? I tried uninstalling Firestorm and then re-installing a fresh download but the new download seemed to remember some of the messed up settings from before when I started it up. Is there a "reset default" for all of the settings somewhere?
