There is this fetish thing going around where girls have very young looking faces but are very well endowed and some sims Don't want such avatars on their sims which is kind of what happened here but she doesn't really look like that.

You do have that "barely legal" look but I would place you at 19 or 20. The sim owner is being overly paranoid though and this is gonna hurt them. Plenty of other sims who would love your business so just forget about them :)
