Ideally, a family-friendly community with an assortment of homes, shops, services, entertainment, etc...  Something on a roadway, bonus points if also on navigable waters. Heck, I'd even be willing to build and manage one myself if someone had the land available! 

Hello there sorry I do not know of any communities, however I do have a 16384 mainland with water that I am building on...I sub-divided the land into 8 individual parcels with house.
