    Do you Ladies have a preference location for a Houseboat? I will be back at the Houseboat hunting soon. Of course finding a spot that isn't too congested with people, etc would be awesome.

    Helllooo everyone! I'm currently set on the Windlass Houseboat. But I know me I can be fickle at times and decide to change up. I know the Windlass has "add-on" but does anyone know if there will be add-ons for the other types of Houseboats. So far in the Marketplace I just see the add-on(s) for Windlass. I could be missing something though. As I've stated in a previous post. I've been off SL for about 2-3 yrs so I want to furniture shop for my houseboat and was wondering if anyone used a particular store? Stylish and really good textures is important...oh and land impact! Anywhoo, I hope everyone is having a good week thus far! ☺️

    Thank you both for responding and keeping me out of trouble lol. So the only thing is "ours" is the houseboat. I did purchase the add-ons one being the deck with the pergola so I'm sure I will be on it a lot or sunbathing on the houseboat upper deck.

    Hahaha I love it, GoH! And that makes perfect sense. I may do that with my Alt as I do like my houseboat I was able to finally grab. But I'm waiting on priming her until the Stilts are ready.

    I have a question. Are we allowed to rez like picnic table or lounge chairs on the sand/beach around or houseboats? I see some near mine but I don't know if it's for me to use or the Linden people put it out or other Residents. I don't want to just assume and get in trouble.

    Oh wow no neighbors! Very nice. I have a weird question. I see posts that remind me of catch and release fishing lol. Is that kinda a thing? People like to grab a property to see it, etc and then abandoned it?

    Hey thee Kellie! It's me well the old me EchantrixLisa. Hope you are doing well! I just snagged a Boathouse after two days of constant page refreshing. It was a great tip that many of the ladies here gave me.

    I would have voted for the Boathouse and have my alt vote for Stilts LOL. I like them both, what can I say. Anything close to the water and/or sand is my jam! :)

    I really like the look of the Havana. When the homes on stilts become available or homes that are on the beach I may be open to giving up my houseboat.

    Is that a new build? Does anyone know what the homes on stilts are being called? Now I would like to grab one of those. So I may have to get a Premium acct for my alt, Taja.

    @cynthiariviera I'm using a refresh page with notifier/alarm and the alarm it is working properly. If I may ask, which one are you using?

    Hi Everyone! I am using the Auto Refresher but the alarm doesn't go off when Bellisseria shows up. I set it to alarm when Bellisseria becomes available but nothing happens. Any tips/advice?

    I am still on the hunt for one of the Boathouses. I keep seeing either a traditional home or a camper. Not feeling either of them. I want to be on the water with beach access....goodness I sound like I am on Beach Hunters on HGTV LOL! 😋

    Hi Saphyre Cyberstar Thank you for the tip. I am on the lookout. I'm sure it will take some time but that's ok. I still don't have my new PC (probably July or August) yet but I wanted to have a home set up and ready.

    Haha, you said quick clicker I love it! Yes, I just abandon the home I initially selected and now I'm on the page, "Select a Home" watch! Will they show in the drop down mention with the other homes like the Bellisseria? Thank you for responding btw.

    It's June 2020 and I just updated to the Premium when I saw YT videos on the new Linden Boathouses. I registered and there are none available. Is there a waiting list or a way we can check for when they become available?
