Not all regions are affected by this, but alot are.

Yeah, we've all been having this problem for 3 weeks now. I thought it was just the sim i was on, but its almost everywhere. So i thought waiting a few days would fix it, but nope. Its almost impossible to duel someone now when you have 3 to 5 seconds delay. The delay is so bad you can walk into your own spells. All the spell / fighting huds i bought are all useless now. Please fix this :(
