Problem solved. I replaced the motherboard and SSD. I installed windows10 cleanly. I installed Firestorm before I installed the security software. The port is not open. You can now hear the voice on the latest version of Firestorm. Teleport failures no longer occur. If others don't fix the voice problem, a clean install of Windows 10 may help.
