  1. Ok - I figured this out finally after hours and hours of wondering what the heck it was. If it happens to anyone else... In my case, I had changed a setting on my router. The router has it's own firewall security and I had set it to 'high' from 'off' and forgot about it. As soon as I switched it back, I could get past the error above.
  2. I'm having this issue too now. I've tried everything I can think of for hours. I was able to log in last night with no issues at all, logged out normally. But tonight I've tried Firestorm, SL official viewer, Alchemy - *ALL* of them stop at "Requesting region capabilities..." My friend is able to log in as me without an issue, so the problem is my side, either PC, internet, connection. I've tried changing my DNS to 1.1.1.1, no effect. Tried rebooting PC, rebooting router, turning off Defender temporarily. I have no firewall or antivirus. Usually I can figure something like this out myself, but I'm completely stumped now. I've raised a support ticket, but who knows when that would get answered! Has anyone been through this before and worked out what it was? (Running Windows 11, latest viewer versions, ethernet connection)
  3. I was trying to use the '+' symbol... It took me a while and some looking around to figure out it's CTRL . or CTRL , Anyone else confused, there is no '+' symbol to scroll through the faces to get those difficult to click on faces!
  4. Exact same issue - Looks like the beta grid has an issue. I'm having to pay real linden on SL to get what I need done.
  5. Anyone know how to fix the alignment of the eyeballs rotation? As can be seen in the image, it's driving me nuts that one eyeball is clearly misaligned and too far rotated in. None of the controls on the Catwa eye hud address rotation of one eyeball against the other. No modify rights... Just... disappointing I can't find a way to fix it. Thank you.
  6. Sorry for the fairly noob question, but I'm really struggling with this one. I've successfully created normal, diffuse UV maps from Blender 2.9. I did check the export to SL option. However, when I import the mesh object into Second Life and the texture maps, they are not aligning to the faces. In fact the mesh, which is a single prim, doesn't appear to have any set face in SL. How is it that I've been able to create UV maps and apply textures to faces in Blender 2.9 but despite clicking the export to SL option, SL won't recognise where the faces are on the object in SL? I know I've missed a step, but what? How it looks in Blender 2.9 https://gyazo.com/007580b905549fd83ee58892e03f8b73 How it looks in SL https://gyazo.com/835198c554289e0cfc073eb74b13c0a8 (note: I'm just using the normal as diffuse so you can see how it's not lined up) It might have something to do with unwrapping, but it looks so different in 2.9. Thanks for any help.
