hi! i'm unsure if i'm posting on the right forum and i apologise if this is the wrong one! i'd love to replicate this look, but i can't seem to find which skin the person was using.. and i'd also really like to know what hair and dress is in the picture with blonde hair! i'm also not entirely sure if the avatar is the classic system avatar, or if it even is bakes on mesh, but i asked my experienced friend and she told me that it was, as far as she knew. please note that i'm not 100% sure if the last picture is the same head/skin as the first as it's really difficult for me to tell!

is it possible to sell parcels on a private island? (the same way that they'd be sold on the mainland) if you sell (not rent out) all land available on your private island, do you still pay the fees (maintenance, land usage, etc)?
