    No offense taken, but, to be direct about the question, a new club needs effort to attract regulars and that happens when people working in it are team players and are actually interested in investing time to make the place successful.

    I'm currently searching DJs and escorts and/or dancers for Alicia's Fireflies Paradise, my beach/tropical themed adult club. Tp coordinates: Alicia's Fireflies Paradise Djs: The time slot I want to prioritize is the European evening time (SL time +9 hours), starting roughly at 12pm SL time and the two following hours. DJs at Alicia's Fireflies Paradise hire 100% percentage on tips received by visitors. DJs must have their own stream. Dancers/Escorts: Dancers and escorts earn 90% of their tips and are required having a good looking (mesh) avatar with a legal age (18+) and a human (or humanoid) appearance. 2 hours of weekly dancing are required, ideally in the hours between 12-14pm SL time (European evening hours). The RL requirements for all position are knowing English and being 18+, and, above all, being genuinely committed to the job.
