Obsydia is a full sim for community roleplay. We offer family friendly apartments, houses, and facilities that are free to be used by public.
Apartments :
Located at the beach side with a cafe in front of it.
Consist of 6 floor with a shared working space on the ground level and 6 rooms above.
Each room is rented for 300L a week with 175 prims allowance. You may request for more prims with additional fee credited into your weekly payment.
Surreal Estate :
Located at the back of the sim in a private parcel with a direct view of waterfall. This estate has 3 houses in total. Each house is equipped with a car port for 1 car, a back yard and has 3 floors : 3 big rooms, 1 small room on the first floor, 2 rooms with partition and porch on second floor, and 4 rooms on the third floor.
Each house is rented for 1000L a week with 500 prims allowance. You may request for more prims with additional fee credited into your weekly payment.
Belleview Estate :
Located in the middle of the sim in a private parcel with a shared gazebo and security gate. This estate has a 4 houses in total. Each house has a car port for 2 cars, back yard, front yard, and 2 floors. On the first floor, you will find a front room with a small equipment room. The corridor leads you to the rooms at the back with a fireplace and back yard. The second floor has 5 large rooms and 1 small room.
Each house is rented for 1500L a week with 1500 prims allowance. You may request for more prims with additional fee credited into your weekly payment.
