That seems to describe what I was seeing exactly. Eventually I hit one where the avatar never makes it - after 3 minutes I give up and relog.

Well that would explain not being able to cross sims in events where the Barbie-dolls go, but the regions I am flying in are basically empty of avis.

I keep trying to go for a flight around the Blakes Sea. I get stuck at every region crossing for about 30 seconds, and then, after 5 or so, stuck forever. It could be my long latency connection, or something new in SL since the reboots. Anyone know?
