I deleted my account about 2.5 weeks ago I went to reactivate my account and was told to submit a ticket. I tried to submit a ticket but have gotten no reply or any help. I have no outstanding debt to SL I have been unable to reactive and am at a loss as to what to do.

I bought a siamese kitten from your AI friends shop I got the file for it in my inventory but it is empty. Nothing to rez. When I went to replace it on the third floor it says I did not purchase a siamese. How do I get my 900$L back or get my pet?
