The price for the water parcel is now reduced to 15.000 lindens. If you want a land with low lag, water and relaxation, this is the one. I wouldnt sell it if I wasnt out for buying a new place and need the squaremeters. If you are intrested but still feel the price is too high, send me a message and we can talk about the price.

I reduce the price to 11 000 L or give me an offer if you want it. Its a good spot, very calm and hardly no lag and you do have access to protected Lindenwater that is sailable in a large area. And as I wrote earlier, it is abandoned land beside so if you think its too small you can always buy more from Linden.

This perfect situated land have a small beach and access to protected sailable water. The price is only 18 000 Lindens and price is set to that you need to cross the neighbours water to access to protected water, but I have talked to the neighbour and are allowed to cross it, They have a skybox and have no attention of using the ground area.
Dont miss this very low price to get a perfect bit of waterland. There are abandoned land beside if you want to have it bigger.

Maybe you feel its too big? Get together with a friend and part the land in two pieces, both can have water. It was so when I bought it and then its perfect for a smaller house. Now on both parts its a big house and lots of other things including space for a sailingboat. Come and see, dont miss it! 😊

Hi everyone that reads this.
I am rather new in SL, but I read the forum everyday and this is one of my favourite topics. I am sure many of you know about this place, but I love beeing here and spending my time before I log out from SL. I am talking about Waterfall of Dreams, so butiful so relaxing athmosphere and I just love it ❤️ And when it is so athmospheric I also need to dress a bit special 😏
If anyone know about another place similar to this, please let me know 😊
