  1. Yeah... I do realise that the transaction fee kicks in if you do a direct purchase- I don't usually do that. Something as innocuous as that is what threw me- that's why I posted (besides needing to vent). So dummies like me would be aware that's a way to find yourself forced to accept the terms- the arguments that it's been Tilia for some time, anyway, convinced me to tick the box- although the moment they want more from me, when I'm not trying to cash out, I'll be a very unseelie fae and liable to say some very rude things ... Although it irked me to tick the box, as long as I don't cash out, then I'll live and let live. I added some Lindens, and I notice they must have drawn from the USD balance, because it's once again at zero.
  2. I do not plan on cashing out- however.. I still had to check the box, to get into my account. Over eight cents, because I bought an item directly, the other day that was under a dollar USD, and the difference, they put in my 'wallet'. Moral of the story- if you don't ever want to have to agree to the Tilia terms.. don't buy things when you don't have enough Lindens. Buy the Lindens first, then get the item. I bought something that exceeded my Linden balance, so instead of drawing from that, it drew it from my payment method and because the amount needed was under the minimum fiat currency amount, they withdrew the minimum, and instead of converting it to an extra Linden or two, popped in into a USD balance. Which then triggered having to agree to something that I had no intention of using, ever... just to get into my account. Over $0.08.
  3. It's a bit disconcerting. I knew about the Tilia thing, but was a bit taken aback to find I had to suddenly accept the Tilia TOS to log in, today. All because... as near as I can figure from the forums... all because the other day, I bought something outside of my Linden balance, with fiat currency, and because the system won't let you spend less than a US dollar, it charged me a dollar... and now I have eight cents in my US wallet. I understand that unless I try to cash out a balance, then I really shouldn't have to do anything else, but it still irks me that to log into my account, I had to agree to something I didn't ask for (having a US balance they could have had the eight cents, seriously).
