  1. I have a real soft spot for system avatars. I was one for many years, but I was quick to pick up mesh. I like trying new things, and have never been really attached to certain look of mine. My avatar is constantly changing which sometimes throws others for a loop. But the thing is, I do it for me and because I enjoy tweaking my look. What other people do with their avatars doesn't really cross my mind much unless someone asks me for help or an opinion. So generally I do like mesh more because of the ability for more customization,  but don't see the problem with sticking with system if that is what you enjoy.

  2. I mostly use nearly still poses from Lyrium and OMY for my ao . I too hate moving around , and theirs are a step up from just being totally still. There is some subtle hand movements and leg movements with some of their other poses. Other places to try : Go & See and Anaposes . The first two don't have full AOs but just the stands , but the second two may have full aos. I definitely recommend using the firestorm built in ao  and just picking  singular poses and animations you like. It's very easy to setup .

  3. A friend of mine uses One Note to keep track of her inventory. For those unfamiliar with the program,  you create virtual notebooks that can be organized and tabbed for easy reference. She uses  either a Gyazo or her snipping tool and copies the image into the document. Then she adds a description. Its not nearly as uniform and clean looking as wardrobe nor does it have the added  in-world functionality, but for her needs it worked really well. I am not sure how well it would work for real clothes horses like me. But maybe I could make individual notebooks for different sections (E.G. a notebook dedicated to my extensive sweater and cardigan collection). I also could potentially use it to catalogue my decorating bits. Another thing I loved about it  was that it was shareable, so I could take peek at it.

  4. @Scylla Rhiadra Thank you for the tag!

I don't really have a setup per se. I take pictures when the mood strikes me and its usually in whatever build I am currently decorating. Sometimes I do take pictures in other lovely photogenic regions, but most of the time I am very much a homebody.  I use both Firestorm and Black Dragon viewers to take my snapshots, and have used Gimp and Affinity to tweak my images. I admire people who put more thought and care into their pictures. I'm not really an artist, but I do like cataloging all of my looks!

  5. To add to the "likes" conversation, sometimes it even comes down to when and where you post. If you manage to get your post at the top of a page and its a bit of a slower day, those posts tend to see more likes as it will usually be first image the reader sees if they click the most recent page. But when the the thread gets busy, it's much easier to miss pictures.

  6. I've also started organizing by store earlier this year. For me its far less overwhelming for me to say I'm going to organize my Pixicat folder than all my dresses. Eventually I will go in and sort those store folders into sub folders that will be the same across brands so when I search "cardigans" all my cardigan folders pop up. But we'll see if that actually happens. Honestly I feel like I wouldn't mind doing a bit of purge. In real life, I love throwing stuff away.

  7. I tried Ebody after seeing some reviews with mixed impressions. I did not expect to like it, but was pleasantly surprised. I can almost squeeze into my legacy clothes in it, but not quite. If it weren't for the fact that I have so much money tied up into legacy I would definitely buy this one in heart beat.  I might still get it anyway >.>.

Do you have the Marketplace url for these?

It doesn't look like they have these  particular ones in their marketplace store, but there is a link to their in-world store on the side of the page . And since they have  TON of shoes, if I am looking for a set in particular, I employ the use of the area search tool (I think it's only in the firestorm viewer to my knowledge) to find them quickly. https://marketplace.secondlife.com/stores/157593
