Pretty much all the majors stores that I shop at have started offering the reborn size. Some others: Mellowcute, Lunar, Osmia, Thalia Heckroth, Rebel Gal, Gaia, Evani, Erratic, and Ison. There are a bunch more each day. As always, I recommend looking at Flickr, namely Reborn's official group to see a lot of the new things. Also, if you use discord, check out their server, they have a sections for products that are being updated and new products.

As for the specific outfit in question, check out Rebel Gal or Cheezu for hoodies, and for nice jeans - Ison, Pixicat, Rebel Gal. I think what I struggle to find the most of these days is shoes! I don't really wear heels at all, but there are a couple options like Baiastice for dress flats, Semller for various kinds of other shoes.

Please correct me if I am wrong, but I think one of the best attachement points for wearing unrigged things like necklaces might be your spine. I am not currently in world to test this , but I seem to remember things not moving around as much.

I've always dressed pretty modestly (I have an INTENSE cardigan collection!) and I have never really had an issue finding things to wear. I wear all kind of stores, and even at the big name ones there are modest, super cute clothing . However I rarely ever wear a complete outfit together. I prefer separates and mix and match with different brands. It can be a bit of trial finding things that fit together they way you want, but your look will be more interesting in the end. I also think it is wise to invest in some nice bom pieces that can make super low cut tops more wearable. The last thing I will recommend is to look at Flickr. You don't have to take pictures yourself to look through the various groups. There are many talented designers and bloggers there that put together looks that will knock your socks off!
