    Actually, they wouldn't be able to if they are not a premium member, you have to be a premium member to be able to buy land in the first place. 
    If that were the case, then everyone would be creating groups just to be able to buy land. :)

    So may as well wait until my billing cycle to upgrade then proceed with doing the rest.

  3. Right, I understand all of that
    Here is my question
    I currently am paying for 1/8 region
    I want to upgrade to 1/4 or 1/2 region
    My billing cycle is on the 5th
    If I upgrade now, abandon my current land, get a new parcel after. 
    Would I be charged the additional land tier now, or will it reflect the change and charge me on the 5th?

  4. If i want to upgrade my land tier, does it charge me automatically the moment I do it, or does it charge me at my next billing cycle?
    I would rather my billing cycle not change, and if need be can wait until my billing cycle to upgrade. It does make it difficult in manner of being able to get land on say actions that run out before my billing cycle date.
