    1042m roadside parcel for sale on the Circuit la Corse, Corsica.

    1 x protected.

    Road access.

    Near rez zone.

    Nice quiet, low lag area.

    Land impact/prim allowance 351.

    Moderate region.

    There is a box of 19 houses included with the land!  The houses are all copy and mod, and they all fit on the parcel. 

    I created the houses myself, so I am able to transfer them to you with the land. 🙂

    New Land Area

    Forgive me if this has already been mentioned, but I've just noticed what seems to be a new area of land in the far north east, (around 98, 220, 42 on the grid), east of Muenster.  I couldn't TP there, but from what I can see on the map, it looks a bit different to Bellisseria.  Looks like the Moles are busy up there...

    Starting a conversation with someone new

    Just like in RL, when holding a conversation with someone body language can also be a factor.  I met a guy in SL the other day, and his conversation was okay - but his animation made me feel really intimidated. All the while we were talking he kept pacing round me with his head tilted to one side, eyeing me up and down.  It felt a lot like I had met a hungry wolf who was about to devour me, but before he pounced was just taking a moment to size me up to work out the best angle of attack! When the guy asked if I wanted to hang out with him, I quickly made my excuses and left! 😨

    I know - I'm an idiot! 🙄  After I posted that comment about there being no demos available, I went back to the store and realised that one of those tiny little bottles is indeed a demo!  Maybe I should get some new eyes to go with my new head... 😊

    Maybe make a game of it and each Saturday (or whatever day you choose) you can go to a different skin maker and try on a lot of DEMOS looking especially to see if the body matches the head. Honestly on my tries there were way more that DIDN'T match than did (sigh).   But eventually you will likelly find one you love.  I spent a very long time in the default skin for Lara matched to the Lelutka head (perfect -- at the time anyway) but did find one that felt more "me" eventually. I am sure it was months not weeks. 

     

     

    I thought I was safer choosing the skin from the same maker as the head (Genius Lab), but unfortunately they don't do skin demos, so you just have to pick one and hope for the best!  It's all looking okay now, I've got the head and body to be a pretty good match, and the neck seam is hardly visible.  I think I've got everything to look as good as it's going to, so I'm going to leave it at that!

    I have several old friends who've gone with a mesh body and have retained their system head.  I'd almost settled on doing that myself until I ended up being able to work well with the Genus Classic head -- and I went through at least ten demo heads to get to the Classic.

    You can eventually make it work :)  If this head is driving you batty, put it away, try more demos, and if another demo makes you happy enough to think about getting it, you can put it back under consideration at that time.  If not, you're far from the only person sporting a mesh body with a system head.

    I did try lots of demos before settling on the head I got, and although it's been a pain to get it all set up I am very happy with the way it looks now. 😊  I know a lot of people have several mesh bodies and heads that they switch between, but I think I'm just going to stick with one head and body - I don't want to go through all that stress again!

    Slink Physique auto alpha mini hud problems

    I had been happily using the Redux body for a few weeks, but I got a new head today (which has been a nightmare to set up!), and I had to get new skin appliers for my body to match the skin on my head, and the new skin appliers won't work on the Redux body, only on the normal Slink one, so I've had to go back to that just so my head and body match.  So now I've got to re-do all my outfits, because a lot of the clothes I was wearing on my Redux body don't work on the Slink one... 😡

    Slink Physique auto alpha mini hud problems

    Hi everyone,

    I've had a Slink Physique body for a while now, and I'd got to grips with the auto alpha mini hud feature, which remembers which alpha cuts to use with different clothing items.  But this feature has suddenly stopped working properly for me - instead of the mini hud remembering the alpha cuts I want to use, e.g. pelvis and legs for a pair of jeans - it also alphas out part of the rest of my body as well!  Is anyone else having this problem, or does anyone know how I can fix it?  Thanks!
