    Wanna feel like each day is a holiday?

    When you come to this place: all stress slides of you... The perfect seaview with next to you a small rental cabine, so your view stays open & the rental even makes it feel like this place is also part of your land - Buy less and claim more ;-). This land comes decorated with furniture and the house: so the only thing u need to do is relax and enjoy the silence of the water! Oh and ofcourse my furniture has some nice aadult & PG poses on them - so no boring house at all!

    As always I tried to make a fair deal on this place (Chances you spot a lot like this for these prices are low :)) L 6.499

    The place is decorated with copy items, so once bought, u can keep them rezzed (don't return them or they are gone :)). Items are very High quality. (Brands like Backbone, Ruckus, Strawberry, Apple Fall, Slam, Skye, Fundatti...).

    Are you looking for view that that u see in fairy tales?

    Ever saw the moon go to 'bed' out of your livingroom and pool?! Wel we have the perfect lot! And the best part? The view is open AND locked: this looks out on protected land so nobody will ever build in front of you. This land comes decorated with furniture and the house: so the only thing u need to do is relax and enjoy the silence of the water! Oh and ofcourse my furniture has some nice poses on them - so no boring house at all!

    Oh and rezz a sailboat and you can explore the world in seconds!

    I tried to make a fair deal on this place (It is a protected waterfront afterall + decorated): L 9.999

    What a view! What a stunning view! And the best part? The view is open. This land comes decorated with furniture and the house: so the only thing u need to do is relax and enjoy the silence of the ocean! I took a house with a view on all levels! Livingroom, bedroom and decks! 3 times for the price of one! Oh and ofcourse my furniture has some nice poses on them - so no boring house at all!

    Best part? I try to keep my prices fair: this place is yours for... 2990! (I know, waiting might not be a good idea!)

    Your ad doesn't tell that. .. and there's no value for a buyer in non trans items.

    The setting is that 'seller keeps items'. If the buyer doesn't return items, they can keep it. I have bought a lot of houses like that. Not sure why you would pick on this to be honest? :)

    I am proud of this piece of decorated land. The view is stunning and thanks to the big open plot in front of you, you can be sure that that view will remain untouched and maybe you like to use your boat here! As always the land has been decorated with items worth more than 10.000linden all combined (copy). So this is not your cheap place, but a real high quality land. I try to make each lot unique. And as always most furniture has Adult animations (Hey, we both know that is more fun!). (To give you an idea: High ticket items from Strawberry, Apple Fall, Ruckus,..)

    The land is in a region with all nice housing, so no real cheap looking housing around you!

    So are you the one that is gonna claim this place? Oh and one more thing: since I am new to the house selling business, I keep my pricing low. I would even say: very low: 4.950 Linden... Do you have another question? Send me a NC at Minorfailure.

    I am selling my precious land next to a light house with open view for only 5000l (1024). I think there is somebody who can enjoy this place as much as I did :). The view is open, nice area and the lighttower next to your house gives this a unique place... Have fun.
