  1. Thanks Monty. A friend of mine was complaining to me about this. I personally haven't seen it (but that may just be because I've clicked something whilst waiting for my avatar to rez).
  2. This is the 3rd week the 2024-03-18.8333615376 release notes have been unavailable. Now that this version is grid-wide, can we have them now. Pretty please.
  3. I was thinking it looked like an elephant... (almost a giraffe, but legs too short for that)
  4. The 100 limit is probably a pragmatic choice to limit the size of memory required for the return list. According to https://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/User:Omei_Qunhua a key uses 102 bytes in a list, so returning 100 keys is using a whopping 10K of heap. I can't see that limit changing any time soon, so probably what's needed is a filterable version of llGetParcelPrimOwners, where you could specify the minimum and/or maximum prim counts. No idea if it is feasible for the simulator to return such a list in a timely manner (and unfortunately a dataserver event can only return a string).
  5. You just have to keep checking the linden homes page for availability. They go very quickly as soon as they appear.
  6. Yes, You have to be premium plus, to have one of the 2048 homes
  7. Ranchland now looks like an Indian Rhinoceros (Rhinoceros Unicornis)...
  8. Have you not seen Governor Linden's Mansion? With an army of moles at his disposal, "Governor Patch" would surely have had it rebuilt to something more like a Disney-esque Castle...
  9. It's single user, not multi-user. Basically it's "The Sims" with better graphics. See https://inzoi.online/
  10. I don't think there's any randomness involved in the selection. It just simply selects the first house owned by governor linden from a database table and sets you as owner. Abandoning just sets the owner field in the table back to governor linden (thus making it available again for selection). Database rows normally get returned in key order, so the earliest released houses will always be the ones that get chosen first, hence the unwanted house always coming up if there is no other activity.
  11. SLS (Main), RC Ferrari and RC Magnum: just restarts and remain on 2023-09-07.6113592855 RC BlueSteel and RC LeTigre: roll to new server 2023-10-11.6488746491 2023-10-11.6488746491 (q.v.) provides server side support for glTF materials, including new and updated LSL functions. You'll need to use one of the test glTF/PBR Viewers (SL Viewer or TPV) to see/use this support in any meaningful way.

  13. Release notes showing new version 2023-09-07.6113592855 which has exact same content as 2023-09-01.6051776725 Since 6051776725 hasn't been rolled back, I'm guessing may be some tweaking of the new build system and 6113592855 will get a wider RC rollout. Here's hoping. We'll see. ETA: all RCs are rolling to 6113592855
  14. BlueSteel region I'm in stayed on 581535 -- maybe only a subset got 6051776725?
  15. And today's RC roll (on BlueSteel at least) is just a restart; no new deploy.
