[How can I get this Internet radio station to play on my parcel?]

I want to set the music URL on my parcel to this radio station:

http://uk3.internet-radio.com:8405/stream

When I try to set it to my parcel, however, nothing plays... Other radio stations work, but this one does not. What am I doing wrong?

I saved the .pls link and opened it w/ VLC to obtain the address.
