[shop hop 2023 spoiled gift card not working?]

Other people have said they have used this gift card with success.  Can anyone verify with me they did in fact using the gift card and the shop hop event 2023 or at the mainstore.  And when using the spoiled gift card does the item your clicking on in fact show on the card itself?  ty

hi...  im at the shop hop event trying to use the spoiled gift card.  

the gift card is not working in shop hop event nor in the actual store.  

anyone with experience in this have any legit ideas what the actual issue may be?  

- i am not banned from store.

- i dont have spoiled group on my blocked list.  

- I am a member of spoiled group.

- Item im buying does not exceed gift card balance.

- i do have experience using gift cards.  to my knowledge im using it correctly...  I see gift card on screen.  system says gift card is ready to go.  when i press any items i see no item appearing on the gift card.  

Any ideas what the issue may be?

I am actually pretty good with my avi and figuring things out.  But...  i have never been able to figure out how to tint brows and hairbases when using a BOM brow/ hairbase...  can someone please explain to me how to do this in most basic way possible?
