Thanks so much all, yeah i dont mind spending a few dollars on the weekend sales.. its just ive found skins for HD pro are like finding a needle in a haystack.. I am a member of wow and the new 7 ds group so i'll keep my eyes open lol.. and nuve i am a member there too.. i joined ives a few weeks back when the group was free as well.. i suppose ive done all i can for now.. just gotta wait and see.. i just wish there was a bit more skins and notice of the head..coz its very lovely.. every weekend its lel lel lel.. dont get me wrong, i own 3 of their x heads.. but i like my catwa hd heads lol

Hi all, i currently own both Majer and Queen head.. catwa hd pro.. and im looking at dusting them off and wearing them.. but i would love something new for them.. and free. Skins, makeup..ect.. but free? .. im struggling because everything is lel X lately.. Anyone know any good finds??

Damn..so many of you that dont change I change everything WAY too much.. i flick between heads, bodies.. chubby, slim, short, tall.. blonde or black hair .. and skins well dont even ask abiut my skin hoarding *laughs* .. though i do tend to like the warmer tan tones.. right now though i am happy with my look, catwa and maitrya.. 2 weeks so far.. which is a long time for me to still be rocking a certain look..

Fingers crossed this is something that could be worked on..they do sit too..perfectly .. no droop/teardrop look.. which i think many want..

Catwa HD pro is a great choice though it works with appliers and bom

This is the thread that actually inspired me to try a more "realistic" approch.. i started at Izzies and got some crows feet bom add on for eyes, and then i picked up a skin at Session with veins and freckles.. To say i love my new look is an understatment.. i got tired and into a rut with most skins i had because they were all smooth barbie type skins... and with my new look i feel like its a step forward in getting that real look. I even went a little more dramatic and slimmed the face down and adjusted so the cheeks are a little higher.. i cant wait to share photo when I get home. These are why i love the forums and reading topics like this ..never know when you'll find something that inspires you for change

does anyone know where i can get some lelX contour (BOM) .. (i dont want highliht or blush) just something that deepens the shade..? i like izzies, but they only have a contour remover.

Im aussie and ive never heard of VAT.. so no..? .. our GST and taxing are included into prices when we buy anything here in real life. Im finally glad i found another aussie with the exact same issue i am having.. ive been on sl for 2 years now, and to be honest i still dont fully know how all this exchange and fee stuff goes... and it seems very few are willing to dicuss and teach others from other countries on how it works, if there was an aussie group or team that understands, please hit me up..because I need to be told aussie to aussie.. And just like the OP.. I am paying like $10-20 more than american dollars.. somethings gotta give yanno? .. why are we paying that much more for the SAME amount of lindens that an american buys? Our lindens should reflect what we buy.. not just reflect on what americans buy Ive searched high and low online to find aussies that are tired of being ripped off for our money.. yes I do want to keep playing sl but i would like to see my lindens refect the obscene money i hand over. When you say doesnt fit the genus head, is the head poking out from under the hair?? One main important thing to do is to go to the main tab bar up the top and use drop down to "appearance" and a pop up box will come up, go to "body parts" and click the spanner.. and you will want to edit the eyebrow shape. Go to "hairstyle" and drop all the sliders to 0. This one 1 way i know how to make all my hairs fit the genus heads

oh.. I do love MILA skins.. I too have tried to find similar skins, but I couldn't.. I'd say just bite the bullet and buy one of her new head skins, and they do still work with the older body appliers, she gives you neck blends for it

I did not know about this trick, so I'll use it for sure in future sales, even just to try it out. thanks again everyone !

so i've been interested lately in videos and recording for SL.. basically help tools to help people, what are some of the general ways people record themselves in SL?? preferably for now without sound, as I do live with people in real life. help is greatly appreciated.

My guess is You want free. Go to 7 Deadly Skins, there is a group join fee but it is worth it and they have LOTS of skins for Genus and they have a lot of freebies.

are there any huds or something to add to yourself to easily find items in store for hunts? i know it defeats the purpose, but would save time lol.. I'm not talking about "area search" i already know how to do that.. i was curious if theres anything on the market for this..? thank you !

I loved the major edged soft.. i was apprihensive about even trying the free Lel Lily head.. but then I fell in love with that... and now catwa puts out another HD pro head.. and its so pretty on me. I was lucky to grab it 30 mins into the release.. chill with the competion guys ! *flails* decisions are hard for me!

if it looks fine to me on my screen, then I don't care.. and given my patience with people in general and the egos I see, depending on -how- the advice is said to me.. (especially rapidly) i'm really not above giving the same right back anymore.. I would tell him/her that their hair does not match their outfits, they're nails are too short or too long, and they have bad teeth. eh
