I just grabbed a really nice one in Stross. The river runs almost on two sides of the house and there is a small park with a sort of garden and benches in it next door. lovely location.... maybe old owner was looking to change to a camper or boat...

plus there are a handful that have water in the back with that little pond... maybe it gets turned into a lagoon with access to open water?

I got a camper in Quitmann today..... don't know if it's the one that been making the rounds or not.... I'm going to release it at 9:45... 5 minutes from now if there are interested people

so same add on.... strange they work different. We do have some slight differences in the settings. I had random enabled but wasn't using it. We use different alarm sounds and you have the predefined website enabled. Don't see how any of those would make any difference but I will mirror your settings just to see if there is some difference..

I've looked for a setting as well to try and see when the alarm goes off but haven't found anything. I'm also use auto refresh plus add on for google. Maybe there are more then one of them with the same name. The one I use looks like the photo below.

I tried to refresh for it and got on in residentia instead which i turned around and let go of

lol.... mostly yes but I still use the timer.... just cause I don't have to watch the clock to refresh. usually I have the screen split so the homes page can be seen while I'm going other things and I click the drop down menu (the meadowbrook house type) to check for bellisseria as soon as it refreshes....

in my experience the alarm doesn't sound until the end of the timer. So if you set it for 72 seconds for example at the end of the 72 seconds the alarm will sound. The house or boat or trailer will be taken by then by somebody else. The auto refresh is still helpful though as you can find the exact amount of seconds you can refresh at without hitting the limit of 10 refreshes for 10 minutes. The down side to it is that you have to constantly check it as it refreshes to see if it has found a home. If you don't catch the home near the start of timer it is usually gone once you hear the alarm..... hope that all makes sense...

or.... they just decided to put a rezz point in a closed waterway so people could rezz their boats and use it.... doesn't mean they will take out a really nice waterfall (again the two levels of water are totally different).... seem more likely to me this is the case... it's all speculation....

for me it was on the same account.... but I only had the one account logged in and didn't try to get it with the other account.

haven't tried.... I guess the best chance would be to find a slow time (USA sleeping) and hope for the best

Patch started a vacation today through the end of the month

i had it working at a lower one like both of you but it wasn't steady... sometimes yes and sometimes no so i stuck with the 72... during region release times i throw caution to the wind and refresh manually with log out and log in..

I think most use the auto refresh set to 72 seconds which seems to me the minimum you can use and not get the message. On a side note if you log out and log back in you get 10 more refreshes without waiting for the 10 minutes to pass.

Just watch.... because of the advance notice it will be one of the houses that takes a few hours to release again...

If that's the case I think there are currently 2 dots on there on the map that I don't see on the minimap and they both just vanished at the same time...

interesting.... I will pay attention to that next time round and see where I end up. if your theory is true then a couple of sold outs and then getting one should put you on the water...
