  1. I have not tried customer support yet. If I can't get it fixed soon, I will. I do not get the messages on my phone or computer. I have turned off my spam filter. I will see if that solves the problem. I get emails from MP on that account.
  2. I have checked my spam folder and they are not there.
  3. I am not getting my offline IMs in my email. In my "Change Email Settings" screen, I see this. Change Offline IM Settings: I would like to receive offline IMs via Email The email address looks correct but I can only see the first letter of the email name and the email brand. I tried changing the email in the "Change Email Settings" screen in case I had input it incorrectly.. When I did, I got the following message: There was an error you request, If you were attempting to update your email of offline IM preference, please contact customer support.Click here to return to the change email page Can anyone tell me why I would not be receiving my offline IMs in my email?
  4. Thank you. I am not sure what happened. I made not changes on the settings since the day before yesterday. All of a sudden, it is working again. I am not sure what happened, but thank everyone for their help.
  5. i have "Disable Camera Constraints" checked in the Advanced Menu. I have the "Disable minimum camera zoom distance" checked in the View menu. Can anyone else think of something it may be?
  6. I do not see a "Disable minimum camera zoom distance" in the Advance Menu. I do see a "Disable Camera Constraints" which I have checked. Is that what you were talking about?
  7. It is my understanding that the "Disable minimum camera zoom distance" setting allows you to cam out beyond what your Draw Distance is set to. If I that is not correct, please let me know. I recently had to reload Firestorm. Before the reload, I could cam to far distances even with a low Draw Distance. Since the reload, I can only cam out as far as my draw distance is set to. I have "Disable minimum camera zoom distance" checked. Can anyone tell me what I need to do to cam in on an object that is outside my draw distance. I have problems operating with large draw distance.
