I am not getting my offline IMs in my email. In my "Change Email Settings" screen, I see this.

I would like to receive offline IMs via Email
The email address looks correct but I can only see the first letter of the email name and the email brand. I tried changing the email in the "Change Email Settings" screen in case I had input it incorrectly.. When I did, I got the following message:
There was an error you request, If you were attempting to update your email of offline IM preference, please contact customer support.Click here to return to the change email page
Can anyone tell me why I would not be receiving my offline IMs in my email?
