    are these full perm stuff you are selling with the region or stuff you have decorated the region.  I am sure you would know you cannot resell stuff used in landscaping unless you are the creator or you have full permissions on them.  Other wise I wont be able to move them or take into inventory.

    For what you are asking starting bid would take someone 2 and 1/2 years to recoup before they even saw any savings and there isn't even any extra prims.

    I do get that at one point you couldn't get new land but now that they opened it up again this doesn't seem to be the case.  

    honestly once your cross the 800 to 1000 usd bracket including gf transfer cost, you will never make the money back.  its crazy that people pay 4k or 5k for buying these regions.  I would never pay that.
