My laptop meets all the recommended stuff yet its still slow. Sometimes it will load and then my avatar is a puff cloud and then it freezes when i try to move

So I have decided to play second life again. I have new computer then last time. But here is the thing, I played a little last night then it started lagging and then it just stopped. I try downloading the Phoenix viewer but that didn't work either. Some please help me with this please. Also it takes a long time to close as well.
