[Speed in Tharls racing]

I had a PC with Nvidia 1030 GPU, my FPS varies from 75 - 300 and say X speed in Tharls racing. I upgrade to Nvidia 3060 now getting FPS between 280 - 600 but my speed is now < X, whereas in other PC racing my speed is X>. Kindly advise. Thank you
