I figured it out. I had contributed 5586 in the group contribution. I changed it to 4096 and now it makes sense.

I own one property. I had three and sold two. My one current property is 4096m and I have deeded it to my group. No member of the group other than me has owned any land. However, when I click "show owned land" it says my current land holdings amount is 5586m. Where is the extra 1,590m coming from? (The two sold properties were 1024m and 2048m.)

$1,600L which is cheaper than if you buy it after I abandon it (LL sells abandoned land for $1l/m).

Also, there is adjacent land that seems to be abandoned. So, if you wanted a larger parcel, you could submit a ticket and request to purchase more right next to it.
