Help! Whenever I'm logged into SL, the audio of a YouTube channel plays nonstop! I can't find the source. When I turn the master volume down, it still plays. When I teleport somewhere, it still plays. I have closed all other programs and it plays only when I am logged into SL via my viewer! WTF?!

Okay. Sorry to ask my question early. I just poked around and see that I can terraform to shift the slope. Holy crap! SL is proving to be more complicated than I initially thought! Oh well, I will (hopefully) end up with a nice property! We'll see!

Hello. I just bought a 1024m property which has a moderate slope from high in the back down toward the front. If I put a house on it, will the house be tilted at the angle of the hill? Do I need to somehow adjust the ground before I set the house down so it's relatively flat? If I need to adjust the ground, what's the best way to do so? Thanks in advance!

I would like to find a small piece of land in Elvion. I tried doing the map thing described above. But, the map only showed some of the square plots (I'm on a Mac...so, maybe my interface isn't working great?). Any suggestions of how to find land in that region?

Thanks a lot for the advice! Yes. My original question was based on wanting to put a structure somewhere where it makes sense to me and others. Now looking for areas where people put structures like castles and similar homes. If anyone has suggestions, feel free to share. I like forests and places with a sense of magic. I'm not super dark but fit well with non-humans.

Thanks for the reply. I assume that the best way to buy a parcel on the mainland is to go to the auctions, right? Do the auction items indicate if they are on the mainland or private locations?

I'm new. Not sure if one can plop a home that looks like a castle anywhere. Looks like some places have fairly conventional looking homes. Any suggestions of where to try to buy a small plot of land (1024)?
