    I am quite interested in switching, but I am wondering if the amount is pro-rata, I have only just renewed my regular Premium account, and only 2 months into my yearly membership, I pay annually. I cannot seem to find the information laid out clearly, obviously I do not wish for 10 months of subs to disappear into the void.

    No where does it say in the article, Trade Practices Act or any other legislation Invoices of which you have shown. It clearly states quotes and advertisements that are what the images posted before yours are. They are quotes or advertisements prior to showing an Invoice which has separate clauses in the legislation.

    I just wanted to express the price that has to be paid in Germany.

    So keep calm.

    And no, why should I read your Australian example? It's of no interest to me.

    In fact, it is tax law in Australia that if GST is already applied to the amount, then you are not to show afterwards a statement that may cause consumer confusion or mislead. Linden Lab applying GST to the figure and then afterwards stating that 'Local taxes may apply' is confusing and misleading.

    This applies to international businesses that are required to charge GST as Linden Lab is. Not doing so means that they can be fined by the ACCC.

    Are you sure? Look carefully under the yearly figure stated, it clearly states "Local taxes may apply". This is not stated on the old premium plan but clearly on the new plan. This is why there is confusion. Linden Lab need to confirm which is which. If the monthly includes local taxes then the "local taxes may apply" needs to be removed. If it doesnt include local taxes then the yearly figure needs to have "local taxes may apply" removed and the figure for monthly altered to not include taxes.

    Cant have that statement on both as it is misleading, confusing and illegal. I dont know which Linden to tag on my post for this clear illegal statement (well in Aus anyway) to be corrected otherwise I would.

    Ich war heute Morgen drin, dann konnte mein angefordertes Inventar nicht geladen werden und ich wollte neu einloggen. Ein fataler Fehler, komme seitdem auch nicht mehr rein.

     

    Problems with the region Leera

    I quit my house at Bellisseria - Leera today. My parcel and the region is not habitable since 2 days, you couldn't even change your outfit or use Huds (Maitreya, AOs) for example.

    Too bad that my ticket remained unanswered! 😠

    When I got a new LH it was the same as before. Only the house was no longer there, the parcel was empty. ;)

    Based on your question, I can tell you don't need a security system. How unfortunate for you.

    Some others, including me, need this system.
    Why is absolutly irrelevant. Anyway, it has nothing to do with "POWER". But I'm sure someday you'll figure it out. I hope you'll keep it for yourself then. ;)
